Founded in 1961, the American Folk Art Museum’s collections, workshops and exhibitions focus mainly on American culture as expressed through folk art. This museum gives visitors a glance an`d chance to experience 18th and 19th Century paintings, quilts, sculptures as well as the work of contemporary self-taught artists.
