Looking for a fun night out at a place where you can get a little bit drunker and a little bit smarter? Come out to Caveat to learn about The Science of Women in Horror and The Science of Stephen King. The authors, Meg Hafdahl and Kelly Florence, will present on their latest books on Tuesday, June 15th at 7:00 pm. The Science of Women in Horror, nominated for the prestigious Bram Stoker Award and nominated for Book of the Year for the Rondo Hatton Awards, explores the roles of women throughout horror history while The Science of Stephen King explores the Master of Horror’s stories, the inspiration behind them, and the real life science featured in them that is fascinating and sometimes frightening.
Gothic media moguls Meg Hafdahl and Kelly Florence are the authors of The Science of Monsters, The Science of Women in Horror, The Science of Stephen King and the forthcoming The Science of Serial Killers and The Science of Witchcraft. They are also the co-hosts of the Horror Rewind podcast called “the best horror film podcast out there” by Film Daddy.
