The 9/11 Memorial & Museum has opened a new special exhibition to mark the 50th anniversary of the World Trade Center. Towers Rising: Envisioning the World Trade Center Before and After 9/11 showcases artworks that reflect the transformation of the cityās skyline over time.
The exhibition features works by artists and architects who have a personal or professional connection to the site, such as Fritz Koenig, Daniel Libeskind, Michael Arad, Brenda Berkman, Lili RĆ©thi and Nicholas Solovioff. The exhibit is open until October 2024 and is included with the Museum ticket.
