Join in for this annual celebration within the Big Apple’s grandest park. In addition to any festivities on hand, thousands will be showing up to participate in their 4 mile midnight run, hosted by the New York Road Runners.

Now, we detailed mention of festivities appears to be absent from current year listings at the official as well as at the Central Park sites. Although at the latter, mention is made of the spectators donning costumes. We have seen related references elsewhere online. Perhaps it’s a given that they’ll be taking place?
