Celebrate and Learn About Ecology at Eco Day on Governors Island

Do you love nature and want to learn more about it? Then you should join Eco Day on Governors Island, a free event that will teach you about ecology through fun activities for all ages. You can volunteer to help the environment, tour the Urban Farm and the Hills, watch birds and insects, make seed balls, ride a bike, and enjoy a performance by artist Seung Taek-Lee. The event will start at 10:00 am with volunteer projects and end at 3:00 pm with a community celebration. Check out the full schedule of events on Colonels Row below.
