2023 Today Show Citi FREE Concert Series Calendar

If you love music and live in the Big Apple, you’re in luck! The Citi Concert Series on TODAY is back with a stellar line-up of amazing artists who will rock the TODAY Plaza in Rockefeller Center. You can enjoy these free concerts all summer long, from May to September 2023. Whether you’re into pop, rock, country, rap or anything in between, there’s something for everyone in this series. You can also request Fan Passes to get closer to your favorite stars on the show. But don’t worry if you miss out on those, you can still join the General Admission line and have a blast. The Citi Concert Series on TODAY is part of TODAY’s commitment to bring you joy and entertainment every morning. As we’ve stated in past years, concerts usually begin very early in the morning and some folk will show up hours and hours ahead of time just for a chance at the experience.

Jonas Brothers

Nick, Joe and Kevin Jonas known for their hit songs “S.O.S.”, “Burnin’ Up”, “Sucker” and “What a Man Gotta Do”
Nominated for two Grammy Awards in 2020

Friday, June 2 

Big Time Rush

A boy band that originated from a Nickelodeon TV series of the same name.
Composed of four members: Kendall Schmidt, James Maslow, Carlos Pena Jr. and Logan Henderson.
Released three studio albums and had a worldwide tour in 2014.

Friday, June 9 

Niall Horan

A singer-songwriter and former member of One Direction.
Launched his solo career in 2016 with the single “This Town”.
Released two solo albums: “Flicker” in 2017 and “Heartbreak Weather” in 2020.

Thursday, June 15 

Chance the Rapper

A rapper, singer, songwriter and activist from Chicago.
Known for his mixtapes “Acid Rap”, “Coloring Book” and “The Big Day”.
Won three Grammy Awards in 2017, including Best Rap Album.

Friday, June 23 

Kim Petras

A German pop singer and songwriter.
Famous for her songs like “I Don’t Want It at All”, “Heart to Break” and “Malibu”.
Considered a trailblazer for transgender representation in music.

Friday, June 30 

Karol G

A Colombian reggaeton singer and songwriter.
One of the leading female artists in Latin urban music.
Won a Latin Grammy Award in 2018 for Best New Artist.

Wednesday, July 5 

TWICE

South Korean girl group formed by JYP Entertainment through a reality show in 2015 consisting of nine members: Nayeon, Jeongyeon, Momo, Sana, Jihyo, Mina, Dahyun, Chaeyoung and Tzuyu.
Known for their catchy songs like “TT”, “Likey”, “Fancy” and “I Can’t Stop Me”.

Brad Paisley

Brad Paisley is an American country music singer, songwriter, and guitarist who has released twelve studio albums and won three Grammy Awards. He is known for his humorous and often patriotic songs, such as “Ticks”, “Online”, “Alcohol”, and “American Saturday Night.

Dan + Shay

A country pop duo composed of Dan Smyers and Shay Mooney.
Released four studio albums and won four Grammy Awards.
Collaborated with Justin Bieber on the song “10,000 Hours” in 2019.

Renée Rapp

A Broadway actress and singer who played Regina George in “Mean Girls: The Musical”.
Won the 2018 Jimmy Award for Best Performance by an Actress.
Released her debut single “Tatoos” in 2022.

Friday, August 11 

Kelsea Ballerini

A country pop singer and songwriter.
Debuted in 2015 with the album “The First Time” and had three consecutive number one singles on the Billboard Country Airplay chart.
Nominated for two Grammy Awards and won an ACM Award for New Female Vocalist of the Year in 2016.

Jon Batiste

Jon Batiste is an American musician, singer, songwriter, composer, bandleader, and television personality who is the leader of the band Stay Human and the former musical director of The Late Show with Stephen Colbert. He is also an Oscar-winning film composer for Pixar’s Soul and a Grammy-winning artist for his album We Are.
