The series invites dancers of all levels and ages to learn technique from the best, while enjoying the scenic views of the park and the city. The dance forms originate in India and highlight rhythm, expression and passion.
The series is led by dancers and choreographers from Ajna Dance Company, New York’s premier South Asian performing arts organization. Ajna Dance Company was founded to foster diversity and inclusion by making Indian dance and culture more accessible to all. The series runs from July to August at Pier 63.
