The Oratorio Society of Queens will perform its annual spring concert with Artistic Director & Conductor David Close on Sunday, May 21, 2023 at 4:00 pm in St. Kevin R.C. Church, Flushing, New York.
The 80-plus member chorus of the Oratorio Society of Queens will perform under the direction of Maestro David Close, with assistant conductor Jin H. Byun, pianist Dr. Barbara Podgurski, featured soloists Paula Jean Rocheleau, soprano; Ginger Inabinet, alto; Byron Singleton, tenor; Nathan Bahny, bass-baritone, and the Orchestral Arts Ensemble of Queens.
The first half of the program features the perennial favorite, VIVALDI Gloria. The second half spotlights the magnificent HAYDN Missa in Tempore Belli.
The concert will take place on May 21, 2023 at St. Kevin R.C. Church, 45-21 194th Street in Flushing, New York.
