QuickChek NJ Festival of Ballooning Photos Through the Years

We’ve been attending the Quickchek NJ Festival of Ballooning nearly every year since 2004. A hot air balloon festival that’s been going strong since about 1980 or so and getting better and better with every passing year.

It’s been an utter joy to take part in this annual three day affair which always has plenty of photographic subjects for the shutterbug in us all; from the mass balloon ascensions in the mornings to the ones in the evenings, not to mention the concerts and fireworks display. It’s something I’ve always looked forward to attending and I honestly couldn’t do it without the help of Suranit Soikam. Suranit has always been there to help me lug my cameras, lenses and tripods and I would never have gotten half of these photos without him! Thank you my friend!

As many of you might know, New Yorkled sells quite a lot of posters from photographs taken over the years; alas this bunch below can’t be added to the mix due to copyrights and such. Yes, these balloon designs and the families and companies they stand for are all copyrighted to some extent or another. But should you be interested in any of New Yorkled’s posters and print then head on over to these pages here…

Learn about the most recent festival by visiting this New Yorkled Event Page here…

Here below are some of the many balloon festival photos taken over the years. Enjoy! 😉

Please give this page a few moments to load the initial set of images.
